Our journey begins in the vibrant district of St. Pauli, where we'll rev up our engines and head towards the iconic Michel. We'll cruise through the enchanting Speicherstadt, with its charming cobblestone streets and centuries-old brick warehouses, and on to the magnificent Elbphilharmonie.

As we leave the city behind and venture into the tranquil countryside, we'll revel in the freedom of 8 km of virtually car-free road. We'll travel through the "Oberhafen-Connection," passing under the Elbe bridges, and make our way to Entenwerder, a peaceful park peninsula. We'll then cross over to the idyllic Elbe island of Kaltehofe, where we'll visit the historic Wasserkunst waterworks.

Continuing our journey through the Vier- und Marschlanden, Germany's largest closed vegetable and flower growing area, we'll pedal towards Lake Eichbaumsee and follow the Dove-Elbe to Bergedorf. Here, we'll marvel at Hamburg's only preserved castle in the city area before taking the S-Bahn back to Hamburg City.

Along the way, we'll enjoy the beauty of the Elbe with its excellent picnic spots, where we can also take a refreshing dip in the water. If you're feeling peckish, we can even stop at one of the rustic inns along the route.
