Customers will receive a full refund for cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of the public tour and rental. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the public tour and rental will not be refunded unless the Flex option has been booked. Then this period is 30 minutes.
For private tours of up to 20 people, the cancellation deadline is 72 hours (3 days) before the start of the tour; for groups of more than 20 people, the deadline is 7 days before the start of the tour. A change in the number of persons by max. 10% is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. No refunds will be given for short-term cancelations.
